Organic millet flour, obtained from hulled millet grains. It is characterized by a nutty aroma and a bittersweet aftertaste. Baked goods made from millet flour are very light and have a delicate flavor. It is recommended for making cookies in combination with rice flour, but also for pancakes and cakes in combination with buckwheat flour. It is also excellent for thickening foods, as it does not form lumps and has a neutral taste
