BIO PLANET - BIO PLANET ORGANIC MILK ORGANIC 500 g

Organic buckwheat flour, obtained from hulled buckwheat grains. It is characterized by a nutty aroma and a bittersweet aftertaste. Baked goods made from buckwheat flour are very light and distinguished by a delicate flavor. We recommend it for making cookies in combination with rice flour, but also for pancakes and cakes in combination with buckwheat flour. It is also excellent for thickening foods, as it does not form lumps and has a neutral taste.
