FOOD PREPARATION : Cook the groats in salted water in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of groats to 2 portions of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes. When cooking porridge for filling, reduce the ratio to 1:1.5 (1 glass of groats to 1.5 glasses of water).
