Corn (Zea) is a plant of the grass family. The cradle of this intensely yellow vegetable with a slightly sweet taste lies in Central America, from where it made its way to Europe thanks to Columbus' expeditions. Corn is grown extensively around the world and has five types, the most economical of which is the common corn.
Known as America's edible gold, corn is a plant extremely rich in human nutrients. PREPARATION
