DESCRIPTION
White tea is the perfect drink for those seeking a delicate taste.
It is obtained from the leaf buds that are picked at the tips of the shoots.
This tea is not fermented. The color of its leaves comes from the fact that the very delicate parts of the plant from which white tea is made partially darken during drying.
PREPARATION
Pour a glass of water at a temperature of about 80 degrees Celsius over a tea bag (wait 3-5 minutes until it boils) and let it steep, covered, for a few minutes.
