DESCRIPTION
Organic buckwheat bran is produced by milling buckwheat into buckwheat. The bran consists mainly of the outer, most valuable layer of the grain, i.e., the fruit and seed hull. Bran tastes excellent with dairy products. It can be added to muesli, cereals, soups, salads, and sauces. We also recommend replacing some of the flour with bran in homemade baked goods and pastries. We recommend briefly heat-treating bran before consumption.
