Description
xEucalyptus oil is obtained by steam distillation of eucalyptus branches and leaves. It possesses anti-infective, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, tonic, and antifungal properties. Eucalyptus oil helps eliminate cellulite and relieves the symptoms of premenstrual tension. It has a calming effect on the nervous system. In the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections, it stimulates the body's natural defense mechanisms, thins the mucous membranes, relaxes the bronchi, and decongests the sinuses. It relieves the symptoms of insect bites, burns, wounds, and blisters.
ORIGIN OF THE SUGGESTION: The eucalyptus tree is a symbol of Australia, where it originates. It is best known for being the main ingredient in the diet of koalas.
