INGREDIENTS

Passion flower (Passifloraceae Passiflora incamata L. contains 3.50% flavonoids), common hops (Cannabaceae Humulus lupulus L., cones, contains 0.035% isoquercetin), pullulan (capsule shell), melatonin.

Melatonin - 3 mg

Passionflower extract - 220 mg, of which 3.5% flavonoids - 7.7 mg

Hop extract - 100 mg including 0.035% isoquercetin – 0.035 mg

USE

Take 1 capsule once daily with a meal. The beneficial effect occurs when you take 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
