Vitamin A has many important functions in the body – it is essential for vision and strengthens the immune system. Vitamin A can also improve the appearance of the skin. Vitamin A fulfills various important functions in the body – it is involved in protein synthesis and the conversion of lipids (fats), promotes cell regeneration, and is involved in the proper functioning of growth processes. Vitamin A, along with vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K, belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins – it is stored in fatty tissue and the liver.
Vitamin D is involved in the regulation of calcium-phosphate metabolism and bone mineralization. It supports the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus—two elements necessary for the proper functioning of the skeleton and teeth.
Its deficiency leads to impaired calcium and phosphorus absorption, resulting in impaired bone mineralization. Since vitamin D is responsible for maintaining the proper calcium concentration in the blood, which is necessary for the transmission of nerve impulses and muscle contractions, it also enables the smooth functioning of the nervous and muscular systems.
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protects the body from oxidative stress and cell damage caused by free radicals. It is also involved in the protection of red blood cells, gene expression, and the transmission of nerve signals throughout the body. Vitamin E protects red blood cells from premature degradation and is involved in transporting oxygen to muscle cells, thereby enhancing muscle performance. Vitamin E supplementation has been shown to reduce or eliminate symptoms of premenstrual syndrome in women, such as headaches, breast swelling, and nervousness.
Vitamin K supports the cardiovascular system. It strengthens the walls of blood vessels, preventing them from rupturing and calcifying. Vitamin K also plays an important role in maintaining the body's calcium balance. It aids in the absorption of calcium by the skeletal system and is involved in the formation of bone tissue. Vitamin K also has antibacterial, antifungal, pain-relieving, and anti-inflammatory properties.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Consume 1 capsule once a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for daily consumption. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take this product without medical advice. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
