INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Add 250g of Magnesium Menopause Flakes (about 2 cups) to a bath.

Lie down and relax for 20 minutes.

Foot bath

Add 125 g of Magnesium Menopause Flakes (approx. 1 cup) to approximately 5 liters of water so that your feet are covered.
