It is also often called Lebanese sage or mountain tea.
In ancient times, the infusion of Gojnik was given to soldiers to regenerate their strength and heal wounds faster.
To this day, the infusion of Gojnik (mountain tea) is considered a traditional Balkan herbal drink.
It grows in high mountains (over 1000 m above sea level) and is therefore free from environmental pollution.

Brewed gojnik has an interesting green-yellow color, a soothing smell, and a characteristic flavor. Mountain tea also contains large amounts of valuable essential oils. " PREPARATION
Fill 1-2 flower heads into jars and pour boiling water over them. Cover and let steep for about 2-3 minutes.

You can add mint, fresh ginger, lemon or quince fruit to the infusion.
If you have stomach problems, it is good to drink this infusion about an hour before a meal.
