The use of oat flakes in the kitchen

Basic recipe for porridge
Heat 200 ml of vegetable or regular milk in a saucepan, then add 4 to 5 tablespoons of the cereal and simmer for a few minutes. Meanwhile, add sugar, xylitol, or honey to the pan for sweetness.
