Its high vitamin C content led to this plant being called the Polish lemon. Barberry improves digestion, supports immunity, and has antibacterial properties. It also serves as a liver support. APPLICATION
Add one teaspoon of dried fruit to one liter of cold water and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, then strain. Drink 3-4 times daily between meals.
