Application:
This is a perfectly selected herbal composition, especially recommended for people exposed to stress. Lemon balm and hawthorn alleviate anxiety, irritability, and mental tension, and facilitate falling asleep. Hops calm the nervous system. Cinnamon helps combat fatigue and provides energy. Cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg give the tea a subtle, spicy aroma.

Application:
Pour 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml), cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Drink a freshly prepared infusion twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.
