BCAA - Branched-Chain Amino Acids. The branched-chain amino acids are leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Like all essential amino acids, they must be obtained from food. Branched-chain amino acids make up approximately one-third of muscle tissue, which indicates a significantly increased need for them during muscle overload (e.g., during strength training). Branched-chain amino acids can be used as an alternative energy source in the event of muscle glycogen depletion. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 to 2 capsules daily.
