Preparation instructions: You will need: 200 g powder (base), 0.5 l water, 0.5 l whipping cream (30% fat content). Preparation method: Mix the correct amount of water with the cream. Add the powder (base) to the liquid. Beat at high speed until the desired creaminess is achieved, then portion. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before consumption.
