Barilla Orecchiette pasta 500g

Barilla pasta is made from the highest quality raw materials, namely durum wheat, without which it is impossible to produce true pasta with the universally appreciated al dente properties. Such pasta does not stick together when cooked, is elastic, and retains its shape even if slightly overcooked. Orecchiette originates from the culinary tradition of the Apulia region. To this day, it is made by hand by housewives using a special knife and thumb. Its concave shape and ridges make it a good accompaniment to many sauces, especially those popular in the region of origin, such as broccoli, anchovies, chili, fish, and vegetables.

Preparation instructions: Add 7g of salt and 100g of pasta to 1 liter of boiling water. Cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once cooked, drain the pasta and serve.
