Barilla Castellane Pasta 500g

Barilla pasta is made from the highest quality raw materials, namely durum wheat, without which it is impossible to produce true pasta with the universally appreciated al dente properties. This pasta doesn't stick together when cooked, is elastic, and retains its shape even if slightly overcooked. Castellane is an original and innovative shape inspired by the shape of medieval court ladies' skirts. Its large surface area makes it ideal for vegetable or cheese sauces.

Preparation instructions: Add 7g of salt and 100g of pasta to 1 liter of boiling water and cook for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once cooked, drain the pasta and serve.
