Marble cake
6 eggs, 300 g sugar (approx. 1 and 1/3 cup), 260 g wheat flour (approx. 1 and 1/2 cup), 100 g butter or margarine, GELLWE vanilla sugar, GELLWE baking powder, GELLWE cocoa.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form, adding sugar as you go. Pour the egg yolks into the foam and beat until fluffy. Add the flour, vanilla sugar, and 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and continue beating. Finally, add the cooled, melted butter and mix. Pour half of the mixture into another bowl and mix with a tablespoon of cocoa powder. Pour the white and dark batter alternately into a greased and floured cake pan, mixing everything with a fork in several places. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
