DESCRIPTION
Flea seeds are an annual Mediterranean plant, the most valuable parts of which are the seeds. Due to the very high content of fiber, which plays a special role in regulating the activity of the digestive tract, they are becoming increasingly popular. The seeds can be eaten as a drink with water, milk or fruit juice poured over them. They can also be an excellent addition to many dishes, including as an ingredient in desserts, as a coating for meat or as a thickening agent.
