It has a firm consistency and does not fall apart. The raw materials are evenly distributed across the cross-section; one of the ingredients is inadmissible. The bar color is light brown. The meat color is pale pink to dark red, and the fat is creamy to white. The taste and smell are typical of pork sausage, smoked, scalded, and moderately salty.
