Made from pork head meat, fat, liver, and pork skin, salted, steamed, and with the addition of semolina. This offal sausage is molded in a natural casing, rolled to a length of approximately 15-28 cm. The surface of the sticks is light cream to gray-cream in color and uneven. The cross-section color is gray-cream; color irregularities are unacceptable. The texture is easy to spread. The taste and aroma are characteristic of offal sausage, steamed with the addition of liver and semolina, moderately salty.
