DESCRIPTION

100% natural basil oil, obtained by steam distillation of common basil. It has numerous health and care properties. It has powerful antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory effects. When used for bacterial skin conditions, it has good cleansing properties. It improves mood, provides strength, and has an antidepressant effect. It restores balance and reduces fatigue, stress, and nervous tension. It is often used for headaches, colds, runny noses, and coughs. It also relieves the effects of wasp and other insect stings.

Notes: Do not use undiluted. Use with caution in pregnant women. For external use.

EFFECT - BASIL OIL

Antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, sedative, antidepressant.

APPLICATION

• Inhalation - a bowl of warm water (sausage), a glass of warm water, inhaler
• Massage - Add 4-5 drops to 10-15 ml of your preferred base oil and perform the massage yourself, preferably using the classic technique
• Sauna - Add 4-6 drops to a ladle of water and pour over hot stones. It's worth mixing with natural oils, such as mint, eucalyptus, and lemon.
• Bath - Dilute 3-5 drops in a small amount of base oil and add to a bathtub filled with 1/3 warm water. Bath time is up to 15-20 minutes.
• Air aromatization - aroma fireplace, diffuser, spray atomizer.
