The common name of the Asian pennywort is Gotu Kola. In Sinhalese, the word "kola" means leaf, and "gotu" means a cup-shaped calyx.
Regular use of Asian pennywort is said to improve memory, prevent depression, and relieve anxiety. Scientists have discovered that gotu kola activates the release of a protein that stimulates the formation of new brain cells. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
