Aquafaba 's enigmatic, meaningless name simply means water left over from chickpeas or other legumes. Until recently, it was known only among vegetarians and people interested in healthy eating. Aquafaba is sometimes used by people allergic to eggs and/or milk. Suitable for preparing egg-free pastries, cakes, ice cream and desserts, among other things. You can also use it to make vegan mayonnaise, cream, mousse and even meringues. It is also used as an additive to sauces and coatings. Aquafaba has a completely neutral taste and when mixed, resembles and behaves like egg whites. It contains saponins, B vitamins, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and iron. APPLICATION
After 10 g of the product, add 150 g of boiled water, mix, and cover. After 2-3 minutes, the product is ready to use.
