Organic, unclarified apple cider vinegar is obtained through acetic fermentation. It is naturally cloudy. The resulting sediment is composed of the natural constituents of organic apples. Applied externally, it is used in cosmetics primarily for cleansing and disinfecting. It helps combat viral nail problems that we can get in public places. It also helps with diaper rash and other ear problems. It can also have a positive effect on adolescent skin problems and discoloration.
This product is a great source of vitamin E, which is an antioxidant. This means it reduces the amount of free radicals in the body, which improves immunity, has a positive effect on the circulatory system, and supports the body's cleansing process. The polyphenols in its composition also act as antioxidants. It is a very good support for the body and allows it to better cope with the harmful external environmental factors we encounter. We can make apple cider vinegar at home. To do this, we'll need 1 kg of sour apples, 1 liter of water, and about 5 teaspoons of honey. Wash the apples and remove any seeds. Pour water over the apples and add honey to prevent them from rising above the surface. Cover the container in which we'll prepare the vinegar with a cloth and tie it to protect it. Let the container sit in a warm place for 4 weeks, stirring the liquid occasionally. During this time, the fermentation process takes place; when the reaction is complete, foam will no longer appear on the surface, meaning the vinegar is ready. Then, bottle it and store it in a cool place. Homemade vinegar should be checked carefully, as there's a risk of mold—as soon as you notice it, stop consuming it.
