Fatty acids occur in krill oil in the form of phospholipids ; in oil from fatty marine fish, they occur in the form of triglycerides. They are the basic building blocks of cell membranes, mediate intercellular transport, and protect cells from free radicals and the penetration of toxins into their interior. Krill oil contains the highest amount of phosphatidylcholine.

Ingredients: Antarctic krill oil, standardized to 40% phospholipids, 10% EPA, 5.5% DHA, 0.2% astaxanthin. Capsule composition: gelatin, humectant: glycerin.
