Amaranth, also known as amaranth, is one of the oldest plants in the world. Known to the indigenous peoples of North America long before the arrival of Christopher Columbus, amaranth is a grain with exceptional nutritional and health-promoting properties. Among other things, amaranth seeds are a source of easily digestible protein, the building block of muscles and tissues, responsible for the transmission of potassium nerve impulses, and B vitamins that support the nervous system, as well as fiber that supports the digestive system. Amaranth groats are recommended as an accompaniment to dinners, salads, soups, and casseroles. It also pairs well with yogurt and muesli.
No added sugar. Contains naturally occurring sugar. The package contains 10 recommended servings of the product.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Prepare 200 ml of water or milk in a saucepan, slowly add two tablespoons of porridge. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until a smooth consistency is achieved, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Store in a tightly closed original container in a dry and cool place
