Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily with water at a meal.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you are taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g., warfarin and acenocoumarol). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Always close the packaging after use.

Store in a dry place at a temperature of 15ºC-25ºC, out of reach of small children. Protect from light.
