Ingredients: Crocus sativus saffron sprout extract, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, melatonin, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Take one serving of the product (¼ tablet) about 30 minutes before bedtime with water. Do not take more than 1 serving per day. Dietary supplement. This product is intended for persons over 18 years of age. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
