DESCRIPTION
Dried at a temperature below 42°C. White deposits may be caused by naturally occurring salt and are not a sign of poor product quality.
Kombu seaweed is used to flavor the water used in the preparation of soups, broths, sauces, rice, vegetables, fish, meat or stews

PREPARATION
Use only for broth or stock; do not eat directly. Add 1 g of seaweed to 1 liter of boiling water, boil for 5 minutes, and remove the seaweed from the broth or stock.
