APPLICATION
The capsules should be taken 15-20 minutes before meals with some liquid at room temperature (preferably with milk, unless you are intolerant to dairy products).
You can open the capsule and dissolve the contents in your drink.
Children up to the age of 6 may only take the product after dissolving it in a drink.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not eat if you are hypersensitive to the ingredients of the product.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consume the product after consulting a doctor.
Recommended daily dose: Adults and children over 12 years: 2-3 capsules 3 times a day, children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule 3 times a day, children from 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule 2 times a day (after dissolving in a drink).
Duration of use : For optimal effect, it is recommended to take it for 5-6 weeks.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a cool place at a temperature not exceeding +10°C and out of reach of children. Can be stored at room temperature during transport.
