This is a delicious roll – perfect for second breakfast or afternoon tea. It tastes great with tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. The signature figure-eight roll is baked according to a traditional recipe. This results in the yeast dough being perfectly fluffy and soft – without the addition of raising agents or other artificial baking aids. A generous portion of cottage cheese has been placed into the holes of the figure-eight – perfectly creamy and melting in the mouth. The whole thing is rounded off with a sweet icing decoration. The excellent taste of the roll is thanks to Putek – a confectionery known for its high-quality products.
