DESCRIPTION

Acai is a superfruit from South America. It's a dark purple fruit, shaped like a grape. These berries grow on palm trees found in the Amazon rainforests. Acai berries are packed with antioxidants, amino acids, fiber, fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. Thanks to their antioxidant properties (acai fruits have more than twice as many antioxidants as blueberries and almost ten times as many as grapes), they remove free radicals from the body.
