EU Buyer Declaration – Order Process and Important Notes

Here's how the process works:

1. Place order

Complete your order as usual in our online shop.

2. Check email

Immediately after purchase, you will automatically receive the required buyer's declaration by email. Please also check your spam folder if the message does not appear in your inbox.

3. Fill out and return the declaration

Fill out the form completely and sign it by hand. Then send us a clearly legible photo or scan of the completed declaration by email.

4. Examination and shipping

After receipt, we check your details and the submitted declaration. After successful verification, your order will be released for shipping.

Important note:

Without the completely filled out and signed declaration, the goods may not be shipped. Orders that do not meet the required conditions must be cancelled.
