Este óleo destaca-se pelo alto teor de ácidos gordos ômega-3. O óleo é um produto natural. As seguintes partes do óleo podem variar ligeiramente entre si: na cor, odor e sabor. Estas são características que não afetam a composição do óleo. Sob influência de baixas temperaturas, podem precipitar do óleo substâncias naturais e ceras.
