xOLVITA ÓLEO DE GIRASSOL PRENSADO A FRIO 250ML
O óleo de girassol prensado a frio e cru é obtido a partir de sementes de girassol cuidadosamente selecionadas e testadas, não torradas.
Destaca-se pelo aroma e sabor aromáticos, típicos das sementes de girassol, bem como pela cor amarela. Através do processo de prensagem a "frio", os ácidos gordos e a vitamina E contidos neste óleo permanecem inalterados. Este óleo é um produto natural, caracterizado por um elevado teor de gorduras insaturadas.
Partes consecutivas do óleo podem variar ligeiramente entre si: cor, aroma e sabor. Estas são características que não afetam a composição do óleo. Sob a influência de baixas temperaturas, as ceras naturais podem precipitar-se do óleo. É um fenómeno natural que depende da temperatura e é totalmente reversível.
