xOLVITA KOLDGEPERSTE KOOLZAADOLIE 250ML
Koudgeperste, onbewerkte Silezische koolzaadolie
Prijzen / Certificaten Gecertificeerd regionaal product 1e plaats in de wedstrijd "Ons culinair erfgoed" 2012 "Parel van het Jaar" 2013 Deze olie wordt geperst uit zorgvuldig geselecteerde en gecontroleerde zaden van erosievrije koolzaad.
Het kenmerkt zich door een typisch koolzaadaroma en een onderscheidende smaak, evenals een amberkleurige tint. Dankzij de "koude" persmethode blijven de in deze olie aanwezige vetzuren ongewijzigd. Deze olie is een natuurproduct en bevat een hoog gehalte aan omega-3-vetzuren.
Opeenvolgende delen van de olie kunnen licht van elkaar verschillen: kleur, geur en smaak. Dit zijn kenmerken die de samenstelling van de olie niet beïnvloeden.
