زيت كانولا سيليزي معصور على البارد وغير معالج
الجوائز / الشهادات منتج إقليمي معتمد المركز الأول في مسابقة "تراثنا الطهوي" 2012 "لؤلؤة العام" 2013 يتم عصر هذا الزيت من بذور كانولا مختارة بعناية ومختبرة خالية من التآكل.
يتميز برائحة مميزة للكانولا وطعم فريد ولون كهرماني. بفضل طريقة العصر "الباردة"، تبقى الأحماض الدهنية الموجودة في هذا الزيت دون تغيير. هذا الزيت منتج طبيعي، ويتميز بمحتوى عالٍ من أحماض أوميغا 3 الدهنية.
قد تختلف أجزاء الزيت المتتالية قليلاً عن بعضها البعض: اللون والرائحة والطعم. هذه خصائص لا تؤثر على تركيب الزيت.
