Óleo de cominho preto, prensado a frio, cru, é extraído das sementes do cominho preto egípcio. Destaca-se pelo seu odor e sabor muito específicos, ligeiramente picantes, bem como pela cor castanha. Graças ao método de prensagem "a frio", os ácidos gordos contidos neste óleo permanecem inalterados. Este óleo é um produto natural, caracterizado por um elevado teor de gorduras insaturadas.
