Kaldpresset, rå kokosolje presses fra nøye utvalgt og kontrollert kokosnøtt-kopra. Den har en veldig behagelig kokosduft og smak, og en hvit / fargeløs farge. Avhengig av omgivelsestemperaturen endrer den tilstandsform mellom flytende (temperatur over +24°C) og fast (temperatur under +24°C).
