Kaldpresset, rått kokosnøttolje blir presset fra nøye utvalgt og kontrollert kokosnøttkopra. Den har en svart behagelig kokosduft og smak, og en hvit/fargeløs farge. Avhengig av omgivelsestemperaturen endrer den aggregattilstand mellom flytende (temperatur over +24°C) og fast (temperatur under +24°C). Takket være den "kalde" pressemetoden forblir fettsyrene i denne oljen uendret og i sin opprinnelige form. Denne oljen er et naturprodukt.
