xCurcumin (gurkemeie) er et asiatisk krydder med intens farge og lukt som viser mange positive egenskaper for mennesker. Curcumin tilhører gruppen av sterke antioksidanter som effektivt ødelegger frie radikaler. Den sterke antiinflammatoriske effekten av curcumin er en positiv virkning av å senke histaminnivået og øke produksjonen av kortison.
