xLa phosphatidylsérine (PS) est un dérivé de l'acide aminé sérine. Il appartient au groupe des phospholipides et est présent naturellement dans notre corps. Sa plus grande quantité se trouve dans le tissu nerveux, qui influence fortement nos fonctions cognitives.
La phosphatidylsérine est un élément constitutif des membranes cellulaires : elle soutient la santé mentale, améliore la mémoire et les fonctions cognitives chez les personnes âgées.
