Avokadoöljy, kylmäpuristettu ja raaka, valmistetaan huolellisesti valitun ja testatun avokadon hedelmälihasta. Sille on ominaista avokadoille tyypillinen aromi ja maku sekä vihreä väri. "Kylmäpuristus"-menetelmän ansiosta tässä öljyssä olevat rasvahapot ja vitamiinit säilyvät muuttumattomina. Tämä öljy on luonnontuote, jolle on ominaista korkea tyydyttymättömien rasvojen pitoisuus.
