Aceite de colza de Silesia prensado en frío y sin tratar
Premios / Certificados Producto regional certificado 1er puesto en el concurso "Nuestra herencia culinaria" 2012 "Perla del Año" 2013 Este aceite se prensa a partir de semillas de colza cuidadosamente seleccionadas y verificadas, libres de erosión.
Se caracteriza por un aroma típico de la colza, un sabor distintivo y un color ámbar. Gracias al método de prensado en frío, los ácidos grasos contenidos en este aceite permanecen inalterados. Este aceite es un producto natural, destacado por su alto contenido de ácidos grasos omega-3.
Las partes sucesivas del aceite pueden variar ligeramente entre sí: color, olor y sabor. Estas son características que no afectan la composición del aceite.
