DESCRIPTION
Primer Loose Powder prolongs the durability of the make-up and gives a silky and matt effect. Thanks to the rice powder content, it absorbs excess sebum. For oily skin, it is recommended as a base before applying makeup. It contains vitamin E, which inhibits the aging process and provides intensive care. Recommended as a strong fixative for finishing makeup. Can also be used as a lipstick fixative to create a matte lip makeup effect.
