The body of the Peruvian coffee is characterized by aromas of nuts and chocolate, it is slightly spicy and has a medium acidity. Honduran coffee is characterized by a strong taste without acidity, is intensely stimulating and has notes of coconut and citrus. Papua New Guinea coffee has hints of honey, maple and nut.
