Utmärkelser / Certifikat Certifierad regionalprodukt 1:a plats i tävlingen "Vårt kulinariska arv" 2012 "Årets pärla" 2013 Denna olja pressas från noggrant utvalda och kontrollerade frön av erosionfri raps.
Den kännetecknas av en typisk rapsaroma och en unik smak samt en bärnstensfärgad nyans. Tack vare den "kalla" pressmetoden förblir fettsyrorna i denna olja oförändrade. Denna olja är en naturprodukt och kännetecknas av ett högt innehåll av omega-3-fettsyror.
Efterföljande delar av oljan kan lätt skilja sig åt: färg, lukt och smak. Dessa är egenskaper som inte påverkar oljans sammansättning.
