xMega PC-35 contient de la lécithine de soja concentrée à 35 % de PC (phosphatidylcholine).
La phosphatidylcholine (lécithine) fournit de la choline, qui est le principal composant des membranes cellulaires et essentiel au fonctionnement du cerveau et du foie. Dans le cerveau, la phosphatidylcholine est un précurseur de l’acétylcholine, un neurotransmetteur important impliqué dans la cognition et la coordination motrice. Lors de la digestion, la phosphatidylcholine fait partie du complexe biliaire qui émulsionne les graisses pour faciliter leur absorption et la dissolution des nutriments (par exemple les vitamines) dans les graisses.

MODE D'EMPLOI :
1 capsule deux fois par jour avec les repas.
